***BOIL WATER ADVISORY ISSUED FOR ALL CUSTOMERS DUE TO EMERGENCY WELL ISSUES***
The Boil Water Notice was prompted by an emergency well issue. As a precaution, we advise that all water used for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth or washing dishes be boiled. A rolling boil for one minute is sufficient. As an alternative bottled water may be used. This "Precautionary Boil Water Notice" will remain in effect until the problem has been corrected. Once the test results come back and the water is safe to drink, we will notify you.
We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused anyone and are working to correct this unforeseen problem as quickly as possible.
Most wells are on a 3 phase electrical, meaning the power to the homes are on a single phase which is not the same power. Please call our office with any updates to your power. The sooner we know, the sooner we can address your subdivision.

ATTENTION CUSTOMERS:
Our office bills the 18th of every month for your base rate of charges in your subdivsion (unless that falls on a weekend or holiday, then it will be on the next business day).
Bills are due on the 1st of every month and no later than the 10th of each month to prevent any disconnection or late fees.
We read meters between the 11th and 15th of every month so we can get the bills entered into the system by the service date of the 16th.
