Our office bills the 18th of every month for your base rate of charges in your subdivsion (unless that falls on a weekend or holiday, then it will be on the next business day).
Bills are due on the 1st of every month and no later than the 10th of each month to prevent any disconnection or late fees.
We read meters between the 11th and 15th of every month so we can get the bills entered into the system by the service date of the 16th.
